Westminster International School was founded in 2000, offering an international education to families with children 3 to 12 years old.  Many internationally-minded children from around the world have passed through our school.

In 2009, we became an International Baccalaureate Primary Years Programme candidate school.  In 2012, WIS became an authorized IB PYP school, and in 2016, had its first four year IB evaluation.

WIS is a member of the Association of IB World Schools in Italy.

WIS is staffed by an international team who is trained to teach the IB programme through professional development.
